At Daytrip Golf Carts, we stand behind the quality of our golf carts and accessories. Please review this policy carefully, as most purchases are final.

Accessory Returns

Only defective accessory items are eligible for return.
Defective accessory returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in original condition, including all packaging and components.
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Golf Cart Returns

All golf cart sales are final. Golf carts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you experience an issue with your golf cart, please bring it to our shop and speak with a manager.
Any remedies or resolutions are handled in-store only and are evaluated case by case at management’s discretion.

Sales Finality & Chargeback Policy

Once a purchase is completed, orders cannot be canceled for any reason.
By placing an order through our website or in-store, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. If a chargeback is filed, you remain fully responsible for:

The original purchase amount
Shipping costs
Transaction and processing fees
Any additional fees incurred during the dispute process

You agree that all charges, including product costs, shipping, taxes, and applicable service fees, are your responsibility. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

All non-defective products
Custom or special-order items
Used, modified, damaged, or altered products beyond normal use

To initiate a defective accessory return, please contact Daytrip Golf Carts or visit our store with your proof of purchase.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 days.
